MiniFreak Update 5 - New Firmware

September 15 2026
The new MiniFreak Firmware 5 update is now available for download.

The update enables both user sample and wavetable import; import your own WAV, AIFF, and FLAC samples at 12-bit/32kHz, plus each sample can be up to 6 seconds long. You don’t need to convert your files into the MiniFreak format, as MiniFreak handles that automatically.

The wavetable engine also now supports user wavetables with firmware 5.0. Import mono wavetables from your favorite libraries, including Pigments. Formate needs to be 24-bit / 512. Drag and drop is also supported for easy install of your samples and wavetables.
